This machine unitizes temperature control, electric control and mold press. It consists of the body, the heating system, temperature control system, hydraulic clamping device, hydraulic and control system and cooling system. Suitable for curing of large generator bars.

● Molded length can be designed according to customer requirements.

● Automatic pre-press, full pressure press and automatic changeover.

● Automatic temperature control, automatic compression when reach the set

temperature,time for pressure will be pre-set by the user,release horizontal cylinders

and vertical cylinders when time reaches.

● Circulation cooling water is supplied by the automatic chiller with temperature

display and water over-temperature alarm function.

● The position of pressure heads can be adjusted manually. When press for a

different length, the excess pressure head and the heating plate can be turned off.
