Non-contact 3D teach-in system is the latest innovative results of our company. It comprises a set of measuring device，sizes only 130*75*35mm,  installed on the taping head of the taping machine and a supporting control program installed in taping machine system. It can be applied to various models of CNC and robot taping machine of our company. The introduction of this teach-in system, end the history that the coil teach-in quality and efficiency depends on operator skills, meanwhile improving the stability of the coil teach-in accuracy, thereby improving the taping quality.
